Jina Nam has amassed over 30 years of legal experience championing the rights of individuals and their families, and providing customized legal solutions to small business owners.

​

As a general practitioner, Jina serves as the first line of defense for the client facing a legal challenge. Whether it is a custody battle, or a personal injury; crafting a will/living trust, or suing a caregiver for elder abuse; starting up a new business, or incorporating an existing one - Jina is there to help the client find the right legal solution and advocacy.

In addition to being a seasoned attorney, Jina is also a licensed real estate broker to better serve her clients' needs, particularly in the area of real estate law.

​

And in today's time challenged world, this includes offering flexible and affordable virtual tech/web-portal based communication and unbundled legal solutions, in addition to traditional brick and mortar office meetings and services.

​

Jina is a graduate of UCLA and Southwestern University School of Law.  In addition to her law practice, Jina also serves as an adjunct professor of law and ethics, as well as on the board of nonprofit community based organizations devoted to helping the elderly, the disabled, and veterans.

​

When not in the office or the courtroom, Jina is an avid traveler who is determined to go back out there to see the world - as soon as the pandemic is over - one country at a time.
